Water damage, worn sections, weathered decks - I assess what's possible and deliver results that last. Across the Shoalhaven.
TIMBER FLOOR REPAIRS
The right floor for your home
Not every floor problem needs a full sand. Sometimes a targeted repair is exactly what's needed - replacing a damaged board, fixing a section affected by water, re-securing boards that have lifted, or addressing gaps that have opened up over time.
I assess each repair job on its merits and give you an honest answer on what's achievable. Sometimes a repair can blend almost invisibly into the surrounding floor. Other times, the floor might need a full restoration - and I'll tell you why, and what the difference in result would look like.

Timber naturally expands and contracts over time. This can be resolved with flexible gap fillers.

I'd rather tell you upfront what a repair can and can't achieve than have you disappointed with the result.
A quick call or site visit is usually enough to give you a straight answer.

DECK SANDING & RESTORATION
A deck you actually
want to use again.
A deck in the Shoalhaven takes a beating. UV exposure, salt air, humidity, rain and constant foot traffic all take their toll on timber - and a grey, peeling or splintering deck isn't just an eyesore, it can become a safety issue.
Deck restoration starts with a proper sand back to clean, fresh timber - removing the old grey surface, any peeling coatings, and the layer of weathering that's built up over time. From there, I apply a quality exterior coating that protects the timber and looks great for the long term.
The result is a deck you actually want to use again. Solid, protected timber with a finish that's built to handle the coastal environment.
